Pros
Baird generally has a friendly employee base. The long tenure of some employees is both a good thing/bad thing - management is not always effective about managing out talent given nepotism remains healthy in the company head quarters.
Cons
Brand not known well outside of Milwaukee Compensation well below industry average Management tends to have a myopic view of the world given the midwestern (versus global) emphasis
