Pros
Baird has many great benefits including a generous PTO bank, profit sharing, HSA contributions and annual bonuses. It is a very professional environment with many job opportunities.
Cons
There are a lot of egos and people clawing their way to the top. Many times the employee is not the one whose best interests are at heart.
