The root of the agency was once to provide support to those who feel as none is available, needless to say that GONE. Nepotism at it highest for, lack of empathy, structure and leadership. Senior Management less then structured, HR unreliable with no respect or compassion for staff. Health Homes program relies more on numbers more than delivery, CM are told to mislead client both old and new in believing they will qualify for Housing Support with non available. CM holding caseloads that are unrealistic with no ability to provide quality care/service.
