Pros
I've been working for 5+ years. Probably the best in the Russian industry tech team for fabless SoC design, the best industry's tech practices. Nice integration with the world's EDA and ASIC manufacture ecosystem. Excellent CTO. Decent compensation.
Cons
Poor company culture and team building. Questionable and rapidly changing top management (except for the CTO). The financial future seems probably stable due the the government backing but the business model is not clear.
