      Pros

      Only Positive about BCT consulting is in hand salary will be more. Since it is a consulting firm, notice period is 1 month.

      Cons

      1. No Benefits - There is no medical, employment benefits except salary. 2. No Job Security - It's purely outsourcing organisation and the candidates will be deployed into client site so your job is secured only till you have billing in client projects. Once you got released from the project then there will be a high chance of it will be your LWD from BCT. 3. No recognition for your skill set - All they do is to fill the positions in client projects. 4. Notice Period - 1 month (Be Cautious)

      Base Pay is atleast close to market

      Cons

      Everything else. If you're an american run from this company and don't look back. Signed on - kept delaying commission plan for 6 months until they fired 90% of the org and then implemented a less than 1% commission on services. 2 weeks pay as serverence and refused to pay on commssions owed due to no executed commission plan. Really a nasty organization who couldn't care less about their employees.
