      Pros

      Laid back, small office, family orientated office vibe. Sometimes someone brings in bagels. Very rewarding industry to work in. Everyone is very friendly, personable, and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Wish there was more catered food. Other than that benefits COULD be better but it is what it is.

      Bader, previously known as Steven Scott Management does right by their employees, clients, and residents alike. As an employee, there are lots of opportunities for growth both vertically and laterally, which allows for a great understanding of the multifamily housing industry.
