      It will be the 5k package plus incentives and Sat-Sun off way back May 2022 - June 2023

      Cons

      1. Management loves politics 2. They have favorites. If they think you're not an ally of the supervisor or even the people in the management then your life here is 50/50 3. They power trip. From 5k package they made it 1850. Either you continue with new salary or they will terminate you
