Transparency from executive management. Enhancing peoples' quality of life. Positive outlook on the future. Professionals are slowly replacing amateurs throughout the company. Challenging environment. Plenty of opportunity exists if you are motivated and patient enough to pursue it. Dan Goldberger appears to make very good executive level staffing decisions and has created a results-oriented culture. The place feels stable after so many years of instability.
Cons
A young group of highly motivated and talented individuals comprise the processing department. This group lacks leadership and accountability at the Management, Director and Chief levels. Some dead weight in certain departments with lack of on-site oversight. More gift-of-donation awareness is probably needed.
