Everyone I met at Backstage thus far has been such a pleasure. Everyone is willing to help by taking the time out of their busy schedules to teach or explain something to you. I joined the marketing team this summer and cannot say enough good things about the people and the culture. They feel comfortable giving you autonomy to work on projects and just have your growth in mind. Even top management has taken the time to speak with me individually to learn about my career goals and figure out where they can be a part of my journey.
Cons
There's no downsides other than I wish there were more opportunities available to possibly be brought on full time.
