      Close to shopping, easy going staff and management. Overall great place to work.

      Pros

      - Good Opportunity to learn about how to maintain a legacy system and consistently hack things through it - Can inject proactive nature in you, if not present - Talented and friendly Colleagues

      Cons

      - Too much spikes with regards to decision making and timeline setting for any feature - CEO is paranoid to some things, and direct feedback of him towards engineers does not help improve the situation
