Pros
Payment of salary is pretty good and get to learn the role in detail
Cons
The job timing seems 8 to 5:30, but the entire taking breaks and using phone on work floor and very strict like a jail. And filling time sheets on daily basis to track ur work though it is work completion based.. not really time based. So it seems time sheets are not worth it.
