There are a lot of growth in the company in the next 3 years, if you can last that long, good for you
Cons
well, where do I start? lack of leadership from Upper Management results in horrible hours and extremely long days. when things go wrong, they like to blame everyone except for themselves for the delay. Project managers are clueless and promise insane due dates to the customers.
