Pros

Properties are closed on Sundays.

Cons

Employees are paid minimally and given no clear expectations. At times, expectations were "established" only to be changed days or weeks later. Intense micromanaging and no positive feedback; either none at all or negative. The human resource department is laughable and only exists (or at least feels like it) to make the employees more stressedl; an accountant looking out for the business' best financial interest should NOT be the point of contact for employment issues. Everything involving pay, benefits or pto/vacation time should be in writing, always, as they are known for saying one thing and doing the opposite then telling you "that is not what we meant".

Pros

Building is nice and clean.

Cons

This is a stingy, dull, uninspired place to work. There is no mission or vision. The only goal is to cut costs and make the owners money. The lack of leadership and any real investment in training leads to boring jobs with little growth opportunity. The owners are out of touch but insist on inserting their ideas and personal projects where they do not belong, then disappear. Gossip and disgruntled employees make the office a negative workplace. Everyone pretty much admits they want to leave. Heard leadership confess they like a bad job market because it improves retention and allows for lower wages.
