Hours are not bad at all

No family meal during shift

Good pay at times, but not guaranteed.

Tip pool system, people who don't work enough get to make the same amount of tips as you. The management does not manage, nor do they fix daily issues. No working A/C seems to be present, so the wait staff works under 90 degree weather. They don't show you how much you make a day. They only pay you every two weeks, and you can only get the check on Wednesdays between 2pm-4pm.
