Pros
Some perks here and there but it's nothing much to shout about.
Cons
Management is really clueless about good PR. As a result, the rollout in Alberta, Canada last Friday was an abject failure. There's much finger pointing. Whole company is entrenched in the blame culture. The Babylon by Telus app is now rated 1.0 star with lots of crude but honest feedback from Albertans. Babylon should have seen it coming but they focus too much on publishing useless PR pieces rather than thinking holistically.
