Onboarding during COVID was fantastic. Even though everyone is working remotely, you still feel connected with everyone. There is an all-hands meeting every other Monday, where the entire company can get updates and check in. Leadership definitely goes out of their way to ensure employees are safe, healthy and supported during these times!

Cons
COVID has been a challenge for many organizations and staying on top of communications and collaboration is needed. Babel Street definitely works hard to ensure communication between departments is constant.
