Strong safety culture, good pay and benefits. Significant focus on fair equitable treatment of the staff. Fast growth making lots of opportunity. (Many who started as associates have moved in to Lead, Supervisor, QC, extraction lab etc.) major focus on inclusivity. Management focuses on training and coaching over discipline.

The fast growth can be a little overwhelming for some. Priorities and direction change and sometimes require short notice pivots. They’ve been pretty amazing at caring for staff throughout the pandemic.
