Pros
You get thrown into the deep end, so you learn fast. You'll be exposed to long days, hard deadlines, (you might even be made to work for free) and you'll have to deal with misogyny, bullying and harassment. So you naturally become resilient, hard working and you'll learn self respect (if you leave early enough). You'll build strong relationships with your colleagues and be able to conquer anything once you've left.
Cons
Bad management, older men talking over women in meetings - not letting them get a word in. Not listening to staff who work with the process and understand more than they could. Sexual harassment, pushing things under the rug. You'll be treated like a teenager at school, senior staff think they are the holy grail of existence and expect you to treat them that way. No bonuses, no perks.
