Pros
A fun job to have casually, with decent pay (around $33 an hour for casuals) and you get good penalty rates on weekends, public holidays and after 5pm. Good discounts on ENDEAVOUR products.
Cons
High turnaround of store managers during my 2.5 years (5) and the stores i worked at had a bad culture. Would've enjoyed the job more if i worked with good people as i'm sure some stores have.
