Pros

1. Company is constantly growing and changing, always feel there are new opportunities for my individual growth. 2. After 4 years I can confirm they focus on employee benefits and growth. 3. With the company growing it still feels like a family business, I can go and speak with any level of management to raise concerns and have always felt they respected my time. 4. Work life and balance is respected and employee well being feels like a focus from management. 5. I like the work culture, a lot of this comes from the transparency of management. I often have fun and enjoy working for this company. 6. Personally I started in the warehouse and advanced into the IT Dept. I had some prior experience in this field but my bulk was in shipping/receiving. The company saw me as a good fit and trained me in this position. I've seen them invest in their employee's a lot over my time here and it's the biggest positive thing I could say about them. It's been 3 years since this transition and I am very thankful they took this chance on me.

Cons

1. It can be a fast-paced environment depending on the season, when it's peak season the workload / hours can increase to meet demand. 2. Not all holidays off due to shipping requirements.

A lot of the employees are good to work with.

Cons

Management. It’s all favoritism. Most supervisors/leads do not deserve their roles and were picked because of who they talk to/drink with. You can work as hard as you can and it still won’t matter because a favorite supervisor will still come in first every time. Supervisors and leads in fulfillment are lazy, entitled and micromanaging. They only care when it benefits them personally. They only want you if you’re a “yes man” Other departments are constantly overlooked because in their eyes, fulfillment is the be all end all, even though between the leadership and a good amount of the departments employees do nothing but gossip and hang out all day rather than working. Other departments are brought in to “help” the fulfillment team because even though they have more than enough people to complete the tasks at hand, they’d rather put other people’s jobs behind instead of making sure their own team is actually working.
