Pros
Big brand name that sells itself well. Good work life balance (sort of) and good benefits (other than salary)
Cons
Below average compensation! No pay rise for 2 years and poor bonuses! Highly political environment (personal favors will bring you far and conformity will keep you alive). Individuals are heavily penalized for early products of new initiatives. Not accepting towards diversity and no respect for different cultures. Strong financials but keep looking for ways to retrench.
