Pros
Young company, energetic, vibrant, lots of positivity and focussed on creating an enjoyable environment for staff. The company rewards go-getters and self-starters. If you want to run with something, the management teams usually help clear a runway for you to be successful. Really positive social atmosphere with drinks fridges, pool tables and epic staff parties. The company has also recently started trialling a 4 day working week, with flexible working where each staff member can choose to work from home, the office, or a blend of the two. The management team are open and honest, almost to a fault. Sometimes this means that plans and announcements can change as soon as they're made, but the transparency of why this is the case is beneficial, and generates a mutual understanding.
Cons
There isn't an incremental pay increase each year in line with the increase in CPI/living costs, which is a worry for me in these current times.
