Pros
Great people under management that made up the sales, shipping and marketing teams. Sales Manager was amazing at rallying the troops and truly had an understanding of work/life balance, which at times was just not understood at executive level. Great people in the industry to work with, specifically the manufacturers.
Cons
This recent political plandemic seemed to immediately show the cracks in the hull. Seems the ship has taken on too much water with not enough buckets, nor men for those buckets.
