      Every company should take care of their employees by Timly paid their salaries, Allowance and provide Term Plan, Health plan. BTC provide on paper only not in real.

      coworkers are nice nothing much to add to this

      Cons

      management is unaware of the culture and morale of employees. people hate their jobs and they don't even know it. there is lack of communication and motivation. no direction
