Poor leadership and toxic culture - Senior Consultant BT Financial Group Employee Review

Culture is the worst I’ve ever experienced - so toxic. Senior leadership likes to manage rather than lead and those that get on the good side despite the skills they lack seem to be promoted. Only looking at quick bandaid fixes vs long term solutions. Must be a yes person and not voice your concerns to fit in and be liked. Miles behind the game in providing technology access and system set up when transferring internally - 4 weeks to be able to finally log in to do my job. Very high turnover and many unhappy employees, lots that openly talk about how much anxiety they have coming into work everyday.
