Cons
BST cares not about their employees. They only care about themselves. The SDLC is a joke. They are not agile as they claim. They have daily emergencies added into their so called sprints and you had better be available 24/7/365 to work on them or you’ll find yourself being negated by management. No work life balance at all, just get the job done now or else. At one point the manager called a meeting to let our group know it’s all about perception and not so much about work and actually said if you don’t like it you can and will be fired. Straight up said we are not needed and can easily be replaced. Benefits are awful, no 401k match, little vacation time, zero flexibility and a totally disorganized SDLC they refuse to fix despite honest feedback from employees who know how agile should work. The best thing I did was find a new job and leave here. I’m thrilled to say it’s in my past yet at times embarrassed to say I worked there
