Terrible place to work - Technician BSN Security Employee Review

I have worked at BSN Security for over a year now. I came in not knowing a whole lot about this type of business but they have provided me with many opportunities to expand my knowledge and it has benefited me very well. They have high expectations but reap rewards when those expectations are met. They instill confidence in you so you feel good about the job you are doing. Lastly, this company works together as a team and I think I appreciate that the most as one person is no better than the next. Good sense of humor and great environment to be apart of.

The only real cons I have with the company is you do a lot of driving around and its hot out especially during the summer. But its Arizona what did you expect!!!

They pay based on experience and can tell who has some and who doesnt

no really a con but you can't get away with anything if you try to bs your way into a job, they will call you out.
