Most managers listen and corporate is actively making improvements. Pay is fair and in line with a position at a similar company/industry. They are now budgeting for cost of living and pay increases.

There are slow and busy periods.

Nice building, always feeding employees, lots of contests, some really great people that work there.

Poor supervisors and wet chem and micro managers are useless. A lot of bullying goes on at BSK and HR or management ignores it unfortunately.
