      Pros

      Lots and different types of projects to do. Touches every aspect. Staff are nice.

      Cons

      Too much work, not enough staff. No staff activity. Salary is way below median. Only observe 6 holidays a year. Use vacation time for Xmas breaks or get no pay.

      Pros

      It's a smaller company so you get a far more hands on approach and team like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Some of the upper management were not as direct as they could have been, with both their expectations overall, or on specific projects.
