Pros
Flexible hours Treat employees very well Post-client meeting leftover food Everyone I've worked with is friendly, funny, and pleasant to work with (for the most part) They are very good about knowing your skill-set and utilizing those skills beyond your job title ability to work on big-name clients
Cons
Either you have a huge work load, or you have nothing to work on Layoffs with no regard for talent they are losing depending on deadlines, hours can be long, and stress can be high Compensation not fair for amount of work given did not feel like i was utilized to my full potential management tends to "play favorites"
