Pros

Admin employees get Children school fees, utility bills, tour expenses and few vehicle loan installments from company

Cons

1.All the people in top management are either relatives or friends to CEO.The top management in Kashmir office has people that are relatives to managing director. Not only this but many employees working here have family relations with some managers and Team leaders.About 30% workforce of this company was hired on nepotism and managers do their best to help them get over the hard working employees. 2.Apart from nepotism BQE has salary problem. The CEO brags about the standard and pay of the company in podcasts and webinars but the reality is that he hires people on the basis of exploitation in Kashmir and offers them lowest salary. 3. HR is powerless in this company. All the power is in hands of admin employees

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
