Pros
The salary is the only pro of working at BPOHive. You don't pay taxes on it.
Limited interaction is best with management. Try to stay low unless you befriend them.
You will meet nice colleagues, but you will also meet people who will try to sabotage you.
Cons
BPOHive is an outsourcing company that only cares about results presented to the client. Even then, they do not value the agent who provides those results.
It is supposed that BPOHive is not mentioned as you work but instead as if you work for the client; you are not hired as an employee but as a FREELANCER.
The management is a mess, extremely hypocritical and unprofessional, and lacks any organization or scheduling. There is almost nothing properly done, and this also extends to the upper management as far as the CEO, Amr. You are expected to be professional, no matter how outrageously you are treated. It is unbelievable how far this company has gotten with this foundation.
If you want to climb through promotions, expect new responsibilities on top of the same responsibilities you had in the entry-level position. Even in the entry-level position, your responsibilities will change at random. There is also no clear line of standard or what responsibilities.
I have since left BPOHive but I can only imagine how much worse it is.
I would not recommend this job to anyone unless they knew what they were signing up for or needed the money.
