Pros
1. Always challenging Projects 2. Might get exposure to new technology.
Cons
1. Need to Work on multiple projects and Long hours and wont be able to maintain work/life balance. 2. Ethics are missing - Appraisals are not based on your year's efforts but based on what project you are at the time of appraisal. 3. No proper software for development. Company doesn't have MS office license, management asked us to work with community version of VS for Production environment. 4. Doesn't invest much in employees learning and basic needs like tools and all, felt like they just want to make money by completing lots of project. 5. Hire people on project basis - If project ends and they cant find a new one for you - they let you go. 6. Almost all projects are small term, 2-3 months so lot of risk involved. 7. Unless you are too desperate for a Job, I would advise not to join.
