Good company but unfair people treatment - Senior Roto Artist BOT VFX Employee Review

Appraisal system is nonsense. You cannot identify any area to improve..just one score which is relative and doesn't help at all. Also, ratings are influenced by cdh..and biased. Anyways no one can understand where they stand so no room to discuss either. Current appraisal system ensures that no one can clearly know where one stands based on the score.
