Pros
Good salary and benefit package. Work load was fine even when the company was growing fast at that time.
Cons
Management needs improvement, they need to work on their change management, some times felt like they don't foster innovation or new ideas, they wanted to do it the "old" way even when that was not cost-effective and was affecting customer satisfaction.
