Pros

Work life balance is decent

Cons

- The salary never comes on time and sometimes it's even a month late. - They change their appraisal policies without informing the employees just to save money. - The company has started haggling over taking leaves (Also, pending leaves don't get encashed once the employee leaves) - Several appraisals and bonuses have been cancelled in the company in the past and the management keeps gaslighting the employees. - The quality of projects and clientele are also not great. It's almost agency work

Pros

Lot of freedom to express your ideas and lead initiatives that can benefit the organization, customers or internal team. With a young team, there is always a lot of energy in the environment and healthy competition among peers. Work-life balance is improving as the organization is taking steps to bring more objectivity in the way it functions. The team chooses to stand by each other come what may.

Cons

The office is presently located in an industrial area which does not go with the personality of the brand or the kind of clients it caters to. The promoters have been through a series for crests and turfs as far as the financial situation of the company is concerned. This has had a few repercussions on the team including a negative mindset due to delayed salaries, performance appraisals etc. Nevertheless, the team chooses to support the company in every situation and never gives up without giving it a genuine fight.

Pros

Amazing work culture- the consultants here actually support each other in accomplishing their targets and work Work Independently- you are allowed to suggest and make decisions and interact with great clients directly and are not micromanaged about things Flexible Hours- As long as you do your work, your time contribution is not penalised Traning and Development- The HR organizes different training and development sessions which are extremely useful in your day to day work Work Life Banalnce- You get to choose how much you want to be involved and work hard (ofcourse, a minimum performance is expected)

Cons

Since it is a small organization (even though doing fantastic work) resources are limited and you don't get to work with big companies. It is difficult to find time with the Chief Brand Strategist who is full of guidance and wisdom because of his extremely busy schedule.
