Pros
I looked and looked, but I couldn't find a single pro. This company is a desert of benefits.
Cons
Let's be honest here, listing all the cons of this company would take an eternity - they have more downsides than a sinking ship. But just to name a few... 1. There's only one guy with zero knowledge of the software industry who handles 6 to 8 graduates. 2. Well, if you're hoping to learn anything here, good luck - this company doesn't have a training program to speak of. But don't worry, they'll still expect you to flawlessly complete your projects without any errors. And just to make things more interesting, forget about using any APIs or libraries - you'll have to solve everything from the ground up. 3. It's amazing how the CEO of this company manages to convince himself that he's being generous by offering a salary of 18k on a probation period, only to cut off 2k right off the bat. He'll then proceed to remind you constantly how much he's doing you a favor by even giving you the job, and that 16k taka per month is apparently more than enough. How thoughtful. 4. Well, it's quite impressive how much this CEO expects from their employees with such a generous salary. Not only will you be expected to handle two different sides of the software industry, but if you hit a roadblock, the CEO will be there to offer their all-knowing wisdom. Of course, this "help" usually results in even more confusion and complexity for the task at hand. Who needs actual guidance when you have a CEO like that? 5. And let's not forget about the company's PTO policy - a whopping 14 days off per year! But don't even think about requesting PTO, unless you want the CEO to give you an impromptu interrogation about your personal life. He thinks if a person dies then you can ask for PTO one day ago otherwise you have to know about your emergency at least two weeks ago and need to tell him about that emergency. Well, that just about sums it up - there's a never-ending laundry list of small issues to deal with here. And if you make the mistake of joining this company, you'll be facing them every single day. Oh, and just a friendly reminder - don't you dare even think about the benefits of working here. And if you ever have the audacity to express an opinion that opposes your boss, well, let's just say your life will be a living hell. Thanks for considering this delightful opportunity!
