Pros
No internal hiring. Easy to get hired if you have basic programming skills and is a fresh graduate from computer science background.
Cons
Only one guy manages a 4 to 6 fresh graduates. No professional training is given but you are expected to do the work without any errors. You will not get any idea how a software industry works if you stay here. Extremely low salary. Even if you are the oldest employee in the company (which is just 1 year) you will not get more than 28k BDT. PTOs are hardly granted. Employer asks personal questions. Employer will call you after work or on weekends and expect you to receive a call even if it is not an emergency.
