Cons
This company has favoritism towards certain employees. They allow upper management to retaliate against you without any consequences. The company recently hired a new upper management who talk down to employees, are condescending to employees they do not like and will make it a mission to get employees they do not like fired. This company is very corrupt. Do not apply at this company. No raises, no cost of living increases. No room for advancement. No support from Upper Management when they know certain departments from different companies are drowning in work. If you follow the proper chains of command and complain to key individual about certain upper management they will make sure to hide and or omit any complaints received about these individuals because they are all close friends who will do anything to protect themselves.
