Pros
It is a large diverse multi national corporation that does present opportunity. Although fragmented in the past it is showing signs of working to an common goal in its high level vision. However not all groups are operating in a manner that will allow the company to achieve them. Far too many areas who actions still show a me first attitude. Which is mostly due to compensation, until compensation changes the behaviour will stay the same.
