Cons
Shockingly, some managers are not beyond doing something illegal. Or at the very best dangerously close to illegal. Cannot report them bc they know what they’re doing and too good at lying. Upper management will also turn a blind eye unless it is something overtly and verifiably illegal. Low pay Low oversight from head office. Managers can do whatever they want.
