      Good people, supportive colleagues, great solutions, access to leadership. Great career opportunities and development paths.

      Cons

      Some frustrating corporate quirks, like we should market some of our solutions better like Control-M. Don't do it enough justice.

      Can't be positive right now.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Trying to do current job with little resources. Organization suffering from too many cuts. Too much upper management - not enough support staff .
