1.Good Snacks in cafeteria, Subsided food in canteen. 2.Nice and Challenging Projects mostly Java/ Dot NET 3.Supporting Team Leads and seniors 4.Fast Internet(100 Mbps) and good IT/Technical support team. 5.Good work culture 6.Good Work life balance, flexible timings for full time employees(As observed not experienced)

Cons

1.No Stipend for Project Interns 2.No Experience Certificate for Part Time Interns(Those who Work on BMC Project as a part of Academics usually attend College from 8 AM to 3 PM and work from 4 to 8/9 PM and therefore considered part time). 3.Project scope is limited to internal BMC tools mostly REMEDY. 4.No actual training prior to Internship. 5.Internship lasts 8-9 Months with work of 6 months apro. 6.Interns who are good performers are usually not offered a job/offered at very low salary(most of those get alternate offers of about 1.5 times BMC offer in terms of salary) 7.Managers dont usually have time for interns.

Pros

They hardly ever fire anyone.

Cons

They hardly ever fire anyone. Comp plan is terrible. You get paid on Opportunities sources but there isn't any criteria written down on what makes a discovery call turn into an opportunity. Leading them to cherry-pick deals and choose if you get paid or not. They don't have product market fit. The entire new logo space didn't close anything last year. Getting placed in a good, high paying seat is all dependent upon nepotism. No clear path for growth. Constantly moving the goal post and changing promotion criteria. The promotion path leads you to a role that has historically not closed a deal and the role is a huge pay cut for some BDR's leading to high churn or career BDR's.
