Pros
BMC is a fantastic place to work if you value ethics, variety in your work, recognition for a job well done, and a company that puts people first. I have worked around BMC for 15+ years, first as a contractor and then as an employee, and there is no place that I would rather be. BMC is a company that cares about its employees as well as its customers. The innovation that BMC has made over the years has been exciting and brought welcomed challenges to all of the roles that I've had. Which brings me to the point that there are a lot of things a person can do and a lot of opportunities to try different things within the company. BMC cares about my growth both personally and professionally.
Cons
As with any company, sometimes the workload gets heavy, but even then, BMC management is excellent at helping staff to prioritize where their time needs to be spent.
