Pros
Most coworkers are nice and well meaning.
Cons
Frequent leadership and organizational changes create a revolving door effect, contributing to canceled projects and an ongoing lack of clear direction. There seems to be a noticeable preference for offshore employees in project assignments, merit increases, and promotions, even though the company is headquartered in the US, which can leave US-based employees feeling undervalued. The change of leadership every few months fosters a chaotic atmosphere marked by shifting priorities. Moreover, financial management raises questions as well; while leadership is often engaged in travel for meetings and conferences, there seems to be reluctance to provide essential resources for our team. Requests for basic tools and small monetary peer awards are frequently declined, leading to challenges in effectively fulfilling our roles.
