Worst Management Ever - Server/Waiter BJ's Restaurants Employee Review

The management here will hire anyone, and keep them regardless of how little they work. The ones that work hard end up leaving because management do not back them up. It's a huge joke. The service sticks because the servers are terrible, the kitchen staff is dirty, and all management cares about is the bottom line. They can't keep good workers there.
