      Lots of hours, easy to pick up/drop a shift

      Cons

      Inconsiderate general manager who speaks to everyone like children, lack of staff accountability, bad training all around from cooks to bussers to hosts, and a huge lack of assistance for the wait staff.

      Pros

      Fast paced work environment with a team mentality. Extensive training in both FOH and BOH training. Applicant tracking was helpful on the overall hiring process.

      Cons

      Long but expected hours. Getting whole team up to the company standards can be challenging.
