You will help define/drive the cutting edge technology and be surrounded by smart, dedicated people. You will work from mini ITX builds up to servers with even 8x GPUs. Building deep learning workstations is a great experience since most of this machine will use the latest and expensive GPUs like Quadros RTX 8000 which its impossible to get them by yourself, and working at Bizon I have been able to test them. Watercooling builds are without a doubt the best part of building process, you will learn this difficult skill and it takes some time to master, but once you do it, it definitely helps to boost your career.

Wish there were more FUN event/activities - company level as well as team level.

Great appreciation for innovation, research and improvements. Compensation is excellent. Flexibility and focus on results rather than formal procedures, so it is convenient to work here. Management is mostly built of people with serious practical background, so they have a lot of understanding what is going on, and a vision that is both very practical, and innovative.

Keep doing what you are doing. Mentioned flexibility doesn't work well for all of the people - some people feel comfortable with more strict, managed environment.
