Cons
Whatever the two reviewers from 2019 have posted, which seems to have been pushed down, is totally accurate. I can't agree more, it's almost as if they are stating what had happened with me. I was hired as a backend developer in a particular technology in which I had decent experience at that time. I worked on some projects in the same technology. Regardless of the fact that there were still some new sub technologies(for the lack of a better word) that I had to work with, I worked decently. Thereafter, when they did not have any projects in the technology, they switched me to another backend technology expecting me to work flawlessly under a month. When I wasn't able to, they harassed me every now and then by shouting at me and calling in the meeting room again and again and expected from me to give every other weekend, even 3 out of 4 weekends in a month, to the company. While they used to say that 'I need this to be completed on Monday', they thought as if it was their right to say and expect so. They finally told me that I wasn't fit for the backend(I'm still working as a fullstack developer, by the way), so maybe I can try in the frontend, which I had no experience in but I was ready to learn and as I tried to they kept switching the technologies because they kept running out of projects in those technologies. Again, failing to magically learn new technologies under weeks or so(they literally made me switch 3-4 technologies gave me less than a month to learn per technology). Finally one day, they told me to leave, just like that... No notice period nothing. Although, I have said that there were no pros, there are actually. If it weren't for this company I wouldn't have learnt how to not take crap from people in general and especially from your management. I did also had some exposure to various technologies as they made me work on them for 1 month or so each. Which is, no thanks to them.
