Pros
Internal environment much better than a lot of competitors. Not a system integrator but real management consulting. Very good collaboration among colleagues, fast career if you have "entrepreneur spirit" (no one will make gifts just because you are "good" with the job). In average salary compared to bigs.
Cons
Fast growing company that needs to adapt fast on how to structure internally and a get a better governance, not anymore a 200-employees company. It's hard to change industry/sector or even client, most of the people grow up within the same client for 3-4 years, good only if you really like the client's environment
